You will receive an email confirmation of the email you have provided us at checkout, within 30 minutes of placing your order. When your order ships out for final delivery you will additionally receive a shipment confirmation email.

Yes, you can. There are two types of order cancellation:
1.If you haven't received the shipping notification, you can cancel or modify this order by contacting our customer service by email. Our customer service will help you cancel or modify the order within 24H after receiving your email. Since the email is not an instant reply, we may find that your order has been sent when we process your email within 24H. In this case, we can only say sorry for that, and we can't help you cancel or modify the order anymore. So please check the order information carefully before placing the order.
2.If you have received the shipping notification, please note that we CAN NOT cancel or modify orders anymore. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return it for a refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by third-party logistics.

1.For the customers in the Most state of the United State, we will ship the printer out from the US warehouse.
2.For the customers in the rest of the world, we will ship the printer out from the China warehouse.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Our projector comes with officially-licensed Netflix/YouTube/Prime Video and other steaming video apps by Bluetooth remote control without any installations or complications. No need additional devices like Fire Stick any more.

2. Open the [Screencast] page in the projector.
3. Click the cell phone screen casting function, select the V3 device connection
4. Select [YES] for the connection prompt pop-up that appears on the projector.

1. Turn on the projector.
2. Press button "+" and "-" at the same time to connect the remote control via Bluetooth.
3. Remote control works within the Bluetooth range of the projector. No need to use it at the back of the projector.
