Product Troubleshoot

The blue light is always on.

It's an abnormal reminder (dust box is taken out during cleaning, dust box is full,
machine is stuck, main wheel is stuck, main brush is stuck, sensor is abnormal,
positioning fails, firmware upgrade fails, network configuration fails, etc.)

Both the blue light and WiFi light are flashing

Please reset the WiFi.

My robot vacuum won't start working

Please check If the battery is low, if yes, please place the machine on the base station to charge; Please use it within the ambient temperature range of 0°C-40°C.

The mopping function don't work any more.

Please check if there is enough water in the water tank. If there is insufficient water, you need to add water manually.

I failed to charge the robot vacuum.

The robot vacuum has not been used for a long time and the battery is over-discharged; please stop using and contact our customer support team; If you do not use the machine for a long time, please turn off the machine and disconnect the base station power supply after fully charging; and make sure to charge the machine every 3 months to avoid over-discharge of the battery.

My robot vacuum cannot configure the network

Please make sure the WiFi password you enter is correct;

The machine does not support 5GHz network and router, please switch to 2.4GHz network.

The network signal is poor or unstable at the location where the machine is located.

Make sure the device is in the configuration waiting state, press and hold the recharge button, and release it after hearing the prompt tone.

My robot vacuum was unable to return to the base stationto charge autonomously.

Make sure the base station power cable is connected;

Make sure there is enough space around the base station (5 feet in front, 1.6 feet on the left and right) and no obstacles.

Wipe the base station signal area regularly to prevent dust and other obstacles from blocking the charging process; If your base station moves after mapping, you need to fix the base station position, put the machine into the base station to charge and re-map.

There is abnormal sound or excessive noise during the cleaning task.

Check whether there are any foreign objects entangled in the main brush and side brush; Check whether the dust box has sucked in hard objects;The suction power of the host can be adjusted in the APP. If the cleaning noise of the machine is too loud, the suction power can be lowered appropriately.

My robot vacuum is working in a messy path.

The robot vacuum might be affected by things such as wires and slippers placed on the ground trigger the robot's obstacle
avoidance. Please remove them before cleaning.

There are stains on the surface of the laser sensor. Use a dry soft cloth to wipe the
surface of the sensor and keep it clean.

If the map overlap has occurred, please reset and rebuild the map in the“Room Manage” section of the App before cleaning.

My robot vacuum often gets stuck and is unable to perform tasks or return to the base station.

When the cleaning environment is complex or there are too many obstacles, it is
recommended to set up restricted areas or add virtual walls in areas where the robot
often gets stuck or trapped.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
